I’ve uploaded customer feedback from different sources — sales call notes, support conversations, survey responses, and other collected inputs.
Your tasks:
- Identify distinct customer segments based on their behavior, needs, and repeated problems in the feedback.
- Clearly name each segment so it’s easy to remember and communicate.
- For each persona, summarize:
- Primary goals
- Key frustrations and blockers
- Context in which they use our product or service
- Build an artifact where I can click into each persona and see:
- A concise description of who they are
- Their goals and success criteria
- Their journey and key touchpoints
- What frustrates them at each stage
- Direct quotes from customers that illustrate their needs and emotions
- Make the artifact professionally and elegantly designed, suitable for sharing with stakeholders.
- Prioritize analytical depth and clarity over decoration.
- Take time to analyze thoroughly, outline carefully, and validate that each persona is grounded in real feedback.
