Build Customer Personas From Real Feedback

Analytics
PersonaCustomer

I’ve uploaded customer feedback from different sources — sales call notes, support conversations, survey responses, and other collected inputs.

Your tasks:

  • Cluster customer types
    1. Identify distinct customer segments based on their behavior, needs, and repeated problems in the feedback.
    2. Clearly name each segment so it’s easy to remember and communicate.
  • Analyze problems and motivations
    1. For each persona, summarize:
      • Primary goals
      • Key frustrations and blockers
      • Context in which they use our product or service
  • Create an interactive persona artifact
    1. Build an artifact where I can click into each persona and see:
      • A concise description of who they are
      • Their goals and success criteria
      • Their journey and key touchpoints
      • What frustrates them at each stage
      • Direct quotes from customers that illustrate their needs and emotions
  • Polish for sharing
    1. Make the artifact professionally and elegantly designed, suitable for sharing with stakeholders.
    2. Prioritize analytical depth and clarity over decoration.
    3. Take time to analyze thoroughly, outline carefully, and validate that each persona is grounded in real feedback.
